What Is Personal Training?

Simply put, personal training is a one-to-one service where you will work with an experience trainer who will help you achieve your health and fitness goal through planning effective exercise routines as well as nutritional education to ensure maximum results.

 

You can opt to train with your chosen coach 1-3 times per week and each session will last for 60 minutes and will comprise of a specific programme based on your needs and goals.

 

Who Is Personal Training For?

Everyone. Many believe that 1-1 coaching is only for those who are already fit or have been exercising for years. This is so far from the truth.

If you are just starting out with an exercise programme, feel confused or lost with what to do in the gym or maybe you just aren't seeing results in your current routine then a personal trainer might be your best option.

 

Here's a few reasons why you might need a personal trainer:

SILVER - 8 sessions a month for £320

GOLD - 12 sessions a month for £480

 

2-2-1

Buddy Training  

saves 25% shared cost 

BRONZE - 4 sessions a month for £240 (£120 per person)

SILVER - 8 sessions a month for £480 (£240 per person)

GOLD - 12 sessions a month for £720 (£360 per person)
